Who
En Route is for adults 18+ that want to give themselves a fresh start and learn all the tools they need in life to see the world accurately.
What
participants watch an online video in their own time then answer questions about their life and experiences on our course worksheets. they then attend a group session (8 people) to share and connect.
Why
Growth only happens physically, mentally and emotionally once we do the real work. This involves learning and processing the information you need, in order to understand how trauma changes our brains and behavior.
Where
The En Route course is based in Hastings East Sussex and there is also an option to take part via Zoom call from a computer, tablet or mobile device. The course runs 3 days per week, over various time slots.
When
The full En Route course is only £400.00 with payment plans for weekly, monthly or in full. we also offer sponsored places for students or people needing support. En Route runs with options for morning, afternoon or evening time slots in order to accommodate various life styles and work patterns.
